About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with both retail and on-premise (bars, restaurants, hotels) accounts, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and other licensed establishments.
- Leverage CRM and input sales calls, opportunities, and track results.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
- Educate customers on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Ensure proper merchandising, inventory management, and promotional execution.
- Achieve sales targets and business development goals.
- Manage orders, deliveries, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Represent the company at industry events, tastings, and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in beverage or liquor industry (both retail and on-premise experience an asset).
- Strong understanding of liquor regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Must have Sell Safe certification.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
