About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with both retail and on-premise (bars, restaurants, hotels) accounts, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and other licensed establishments.
  • Leverage CRM and input sales calls, opportunities, and track results.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Educate customers on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Ensure proper merchandising, inventory management, and promotional execution.
  • Achieve sales targets and business development goals.
  • Manage orders, deliveries, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Represent the company at industry events, tastings, and promotional activities as needed.
 
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in beverage or liquor industry (both retail and on-premise experience an asset).
  • Strong understanding of liquor regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Must have Sell Safe certification.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
